Service Description

-1.5-3.5 hours on location -Get your 3D Tour in 1-2 days -2D Floor Plan is available at an additional cost -Matterport virtual tour kept “live” and online for 3 months. After 3 months we are forced to “archive” in our Matterport account. They do not get deleted or can be activated at any time for a fee of $100. This cost is a hard cost for us as part of our Matterport account limitations and simply passed on to the end-user. Pricing Less than 1000 sq ft: $300 1000 - 2000 sqft: $350 2000 - 3000 sqft: $400 3000 - 4000 sqft: $500 4000 - 5000 sqft: $550 5000 - 7000 sqft: $600
